The admin team is the heartbeat of the practice and responsible for:

• Greeting patients and visitors upon arrival in person or by telephone
• Maintain patient charts
• Complete patient check-in/check-out
• Receive incoming phone calls, emails and faxes
• Ensure all patient paperwork is completed and ready for providers
• Working with health Insurance (benefits, coverage, authorizations)
• Communicating with patients via phone or email
• Timely follow up with patient requests
• And many more day-to-day operations to keep us running smoothly!
